Da wir dieses Jahr auf Kos in ein Mitsis Hotel gehen, würden wir uns gern für den Mitsis Friends Club anmelden. Hat da hier schon jemand Erfahrung damit? Wir haben uns auf der Webseite schon registriert und auch eine Rückmail erhalten. Da stand allerdings nix drin. Wie lange dauert es, bis die Mitgliedskarte zugesendet wird?

Die Anmeldung kostet nix. Wir hatten letzes Jahr die Möglichkeit uns gleich im Mitsis Faliraki Beach anzumelden. Haben aber da gedacht, das ist Quatsch, weil wir nicht wissen, wo es nächstes Jahr hingeht. Hätten wir das nur gleich damals gemacht. :?

Your Card Number is MCxxxxxxxxx and we have reset your password, now to be 0000.
By using the following link http://www.mitsisclub.com/memberLogin.asp you can Sign In with your Card Number and password and collect points for your previous stays.To request points of a stay, click on the left menu on the "Request for points" and fill in the form with all necessary info. Kindly note that your requested points will be cross checked with the reservation department of the hotel and will be added to your card.
Kindly note that MITIS FRIENDS CLUB was created on 2012 due to technical reasons, therefore only visits from June 2012 onward are credited to guest's ACCOUNTS.The hotels that participate at Mitsis Friends Club program are the following:
From June 2012 : Grand Serai, Gallini, Laguna, Blue Domes, Ramira, Faliraki, Grand Hotel, La Vita, Lindos Memories, Petit Palais, Rodos Village and Rodos Maris.
From 2013 : Alila, Norida Beach, Summer Palace and Family Village
From 2014: Rinela Beach
From 2015: Roda Beach, Serita Hotel
***We would like to inform you that we no longer post cards to the home address of members.*Therefore please inform us about the exact dates of your next stay to any property of our Hotel Chain and will manage to send Mitsis Friends Membership Card over there.
To get advantage of our Mitsis Friends Club benefits or For Special Requests or Information concerning you accommodation kindly contact Hotels Reservation Department Directly.

So eine ähnliche Mail habe ich gestern auch erhalten, nur nicht das mit dem Namen und der Kartenummer. Ich habe jetzt einfach an die marketing@mitsishotel.com geschrieben, ab wann wir vor Ort sind und unsere Namen dazu und, dass sie uns bitte die Membercard dort hinterlegen sollen. Steht ja unten im Text so ähnlich.
Na schauen wir mal, ob das klappt.

Schreib einfach nochmal an die angegebene Adresse in meinem letzten Beitrag oder melde dich jetzt nochmal an. Vielleicht hat es vor paar Wochen einfach nicht funktioniert. Mir haben die mitgeteilt, ich soll mich nochmal anmelden und dann kam plötzlich auch eine Mail mit der Kartennummer. Dann registrierst du dich damit auf der Seite und bekommst einen vorläufigen Mitgliedsausweis zum Ausdrucken. Diesen legst du dann bei deinem Besuch im Hotel vor und er wird gegen eine richtige Karte eingetauscht. -

Nachdem ich mich nochmal auf der Mitsis Seite registriert hatte, kam eine Mail mit einem Link, auf diesen habe ich geklickt und dann kam diese Mail:Dear Mrs XXX, Thank you for registering on mitsishotels.com and becoming a member of our new Mitsis Friend's Club. You are now able to access our member's section in the website using your username and password.
To ensure your account is managed correctly, please check all your personal details when you log into your profile. Click on the Link bellow to find and print your new Friend's Card. XXX Kindly print your personalisedtemporary membership card and request for a replacement on your new visit inany Mitsis hotel. Remember: Accumulating points is easy - always quote your membership numberwith every reservation and present the card when arriving for a stay.
