Der Veranstalter (Alltours) hat gesagt das Sie die Forderung an Involatus richten; und wir die zum Veranstalter richten sollen..
@Jürgen That's right. In the meantime I've received an answer from Olympus in which they apologize for the inconvenience and we've sent our claim to the touroperator.
Sorry, in English.. my German would probably be unreadable, but I can read everything.
We were also booked on the OLY629 flight from Fuertaventura to Cologn/Bonn flight, scheduled departure 27.04 21.35h. And we were also in the Castillo Hotel Elba San Jorge; where we had to wait until 1 o' clock before we got the keys.. I've called with Aviapartner and Alltours that night, they were all pointing to each other and especially to Olympus Airways, but finally we got the keys. If required; I've made some pictures with my cellphone that night in the hotel lobby.
On saturday we were also rebooked, experienced the stress of the families picked out of the queue, warning "there is not enough catering on board" etc. on the Germania flight to Münster/Osnabrück and also experienced there was no transfer to Cologn/Bonn at the airport. After a few calls with Alltours we got the permission to book a taxi to Cologn/Bonn and Alltours would refund the money and arrived at Colgon/Bonn airport at 1.45 with my pregnant fiancé, child of 5 and some other kids in the taxi.
Apparently something is wrong with the aircraft at the moment.. https://www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/sx-abq but also with https://www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/sx-aby .. strange..
Another passenger has called with Olympus; they hung up the phone after a short while. We've claimed our "261/2004" from Olympus Airways and our extra costs via the touroperator.. and are awaiting the answers.. Olympus.. never again.. I'll keep you posted..
