My flight was cancelled and cheaptickets.ch only let me know about it 2 days before departure. Additionally they didn’t offer any compensatory flight. They were only willing to reimburse the initial flight price (which I booked half a year in advance to avoid high prices) and not the new flight price, which I had to book 2 days before I left for my trip and obviously was a lot more expensive. Furthermore, apparently due to the exchange rate the initial flight price wasn’t even reimbursed in full but with a CHF 50 reduction, so I actually had to pay for the cancellation.
