ich werde Anfang September im Crowne Plaza Oasis & Sands sein und hab mal eine Mail geschrieben zu der aktuellen Problematik. Außerdem hätte mich ein Upgrade ins Intercontinental interessiert, aber bei dem Preis lass ich es doch sein ;). Hier die Antwort

It will be a great pleasure to give us the opportunity of welcoming you in sunny Port Ghalib and wishes you a most pleasant stay with us and a lot “in the know” experience to take home.

We will do everything to make sure that you can enjoy your next vacation and we will not let you down for choosing staying with us. Without going in details of the feedback which you read on the websites, we can assure you that everything is going well and you see it by yourself.

The intercontinental is not having an all inclusive package, so if you will stay there you still need to come to Crowne Plaza to have your meals, also there is a supplement of 100 € per day.
