Feedback airline "al masria universal airlines" (depending to the Flight from Hannover to hurghada october 24th takeoff 0900.) Flight no UJ2495

- Seat is twice broken. Crewmember took notice but just didnt care or apologize.
- Crew seems to be unmotivated. Very less care for the passengers.
- passengers were given other seats so a group of passengers could not sit together as wanted because the crew wanted to use those seats (complete first row = 6! seats (1A-1F))
- Crew gets meal first in front of the passengers
- a crew-member used the small-luggage case over a passengers seat and opens it several times while flying (for example to take a pillow out so that she can enjoy a sleep in the better seats meantioned before)
- crewmembers enjoying a movie with some pretty loud music/sound.
- two crewmembers (One perhaps was Pilot or co-pilot) entered the plane 2 mins before departure and it seemed as if they just returned from the duty-free.
- the most unmotivated stewardess is making fun of guests, who dont understand english. She to another crewmember: "I asked 'beef or Chicken' and he said 'yes' hahaha"
- conclusion: the crew, who got payed, was having a much better time than the passengers, who did pay: inexapteable!
