Same thing happened to me Karsten. I lost 2 cartons...31,5 kg in Deroua. I posted them to Kenya...and then flew there to receive them, waited and waited but they never arrived. A lady working at the post office told me that many packets to Kenya from Germany are disappearing.
Did yours arrive eventually?
