Please be informed that the SAI meal plan, only "selected non-alcoholic beverages" are included. However, each villa has a mini bar which contains 2 beers and softdrinks that is to be replenished once daily. Both the AI and SAI meal plans are only applicable at the main buffet restaurant, "De North Sail." If you wish to dine in one of our a la carte restaurants, there will be a supplement. The meal plan is valid until 12hrs of departure date. Beverages are available at the main bar daily until midnight, any consumptions in the bar after 00:00hrs during your stay will be chargeable.

Hallo, also es gibt verschiedene Sachen wie Damenhygiene, Duschsachen (braucht man aber nicht - gibts im Zimmer) und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Rasierschaum. Aber sonst wirds eng mit "täglich" benötigten Dingen.

Kindly do note that in the resort we only offer Soft All Inclusive and All Inclusive. The difference between Soft All Inclusive and All Inclusive is that the All Inclusive includes selected alcoholic beverages only. However, due to the system imitation, most of our German tour operators use All Inclusive which is equivalent to our Soft All Inclusive and for All Inclusive Plus is equivalent to our All Inclusive.

As of the moment, we do not have a German-speaking associate in the Kid’s Club, but we do have a Guest Relations Officer who speaks German. In regards to the villa preference, we would like to inform you that we are unable to guarantee a specific villa as this is based upon availability. However, as you book your stay with us, kindly inform our reservations team or your travel agent for us to take note in our system and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request according to the availability upon your arrival.
