Dear LaDa, Yes you can exchange money in local currency in the hotel with an official bank receipt. Yes we do have a dress code for the restaurant : sport or elegant dress. There is a shop in the hotel, also near the hotel there are some shops and mini-market for shopping and souvenirs.
