Simply Fine Hotel Alize

Dear Mikael, unfortunately I cannot confirm your opinion. When we stayed at the hotel we received a very kind service and we had every day fresh water in the refrigerator. The meals and snacks were excellent and the drinks and cocktails were always a nice surprise. I cannot imagine what went wrong as your description is very different from the experiences we made.
