We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay in the Maldives, however, we are disappointed to learn that your bungalow did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the missing shower head and the remote control air conditioning. Our maintenance team has been informed to take care of these issues as soon as possible. Regarding the TV programs, we do understand that it might be inconvenient for guests who prefer to watch different channels, but we hope that our beautiful surroundings and other amenities made up for it. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the coffee cup and the patio door. Our team will take note of these issues to ensure that they do not occur again in the future. We appreciate your feedback regarding the lack of hooks in the bathroom and the cost of coconut. We will take this into consideration when reviewing our amenities and pricing. Regarding the water bungalows, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the "Berlin Wall" that prevents guests from walking around the island on the beach.
