Agriturismo Montalto

We thank this lady very much for her feedback, this is a good opportunity to give more information about our Agriturismo, in the meantime we have to clarify some false information that this lady has given, and we do not know why, and for which purposes. - We are an Agriturismo, not an hotel, we are in a famous Natural Preserve of Pisa Province, we are on top of a hill with a nice panoramic view. - All Agriturismos are in the country, it is normal. - There is a real big sign along the main street and some small ones to reach us, you can easily find us in google map or tom tom, we always give the right indication hot to reach us in the confirmation, if read. - Our restaurant is using only 100% TUSCAN Ingredients and it is not usual to find it similar in our region, it is for this reason that we are also quite known in the area. - Dinner is not compulsory and can be decided day by day, we always write down on the confirmation that it is 22,00 Euro as it is, underlining beverages and extra excluded, probaby the lady had some wines and other stuff and did not read the confirmation or hearing us at the table. I am very sorry about this false information, 22 Euro is a real good price in Italy considering our menù that change daily but even in comparison to a pizzeria... - We always give indication of check-in, if we are not at the reception we are always around (wineyards, cooking and so on), as I told we are a family business agriturismo not an hotel with 24 hours service and a receptionist.... - Sunday night is our only evening off, we inform it people on the confirmation and at their check-in time. - We did not ask any deposit for her stay, we kept the room for that lady for the entire stay and refused other requests, we only have 10 rooms, it is normal to ask a penalty for early leaving, it is working this way in Italy and all Europe, generally we also issue a voucher to spend here for another stay but we understand now why she did not want it. - This lady did not tell us anything at time of leaving, just that they have private matters to leave before. - Generally people are coming to Montalto for our good position for visiting main historical cities, for tasting our food and directly produced wines and extra virgin olive oil, for admiring our panoramic views, for resting and enjoying our pool in the olive trees, for this, previous guests gave us "100% recommended". - We are sorry she did not spend a good holiday at our place, we also suggest her to read better feedbacks next time especially about the structure she is looking for (Hotel or Agriturismo or Resort...), we always accept comments, these are fundamental to grow but we do not false information, this is not a game and can cause problems to people everydays' hard work.
