Bei einem Spa-Hotel sind wir nicht von so vielen Kindern ausgegangen. Für uns nicht geeignet, auch Meer und Strand gibt es auf Zakynthos wesentlich schönere, breiter, länger.....und auch viel saubereres Wasser!!! (siehe Laganas etc.)
Das Zimmer ist ok, leider ist der Kühlschrank sehr laut. Bis zum Einzug von 3 Irren mit Kind, die ständig und das schon ab 07.00 Uhr morgens Möbel verrückt, haben wir erholsam gut geschlafen. Seit diese "Familie" - eigentlich ist das ein Doppelzimmer - da sind, werden wir schon viel zu früh geweckt!!
Bei den Getränken ist nich sehr viel Luft nach oben!! Das Bier war manchmal normal, oft aber viel zu dünn, als wäre es auch eine Sirup-Mischung. Cocktails sind auch nicht "handmade" sondern sog. Instantmischungen. Aber das ist vermutlich dem trinkfreudigen, größtenteils osteuropäischen Gästen geschuldet. Mit dem Essen waren wir sehr zufrieden, es war abwechslungsreich und sehr sehr lecker! Besonderes Lob an die Köchin und den Koch!! Auch der Fisch war immer klasse! Wären nicht so viele schlecht bzw. gar nicht erzogene Kinder im Restaurant gewesen.....
Dieser ist an allen Bars super! Im Restaurant ist noch bisschen Luft nach oben. Aber alles in allem echt sehr gut!
Fahrt war ok. Die Insel ist ja nicht riesig. Liegt auf einer Anhöhe, Aussicht schön, aber Strand sehr schmal, Meer nicht sehr sauber, man braucht schon ein Auto. Nächstes Mal gehn wir an den Laganas Strand!

Your lovely words regarding our service and also food quality and variety are highly appreciated. However, it is important to highlight that our hotel is family friendly, and whereas there is a spa facility in the hotel it doesnt change the fact that there are children in our resort. Spa area can be used only from persons of 17 years of age and above. Nevertheless, the corellation that our resort wouldnt accomodate a number of children due to the spa facility is invalid. We would also like to thank you for your patience regarding the unfortunate incident with excessive noise from a nearby room, although it is better if reception desk is called at the exact moment of the incident in order for our help to be timely and immediate. In addition your suggestion as to where the noise was coming from was incorrect hence, taking us more time to help you enjoy your holiday and make your stay more convienient.
