Dear Christoph and Melanie, Thank you for choosing Almar Jesolo Resort & Spa again on the occasion of your days at Lido di Jesolo, we are very happy that your stay was pleasant, and thank you for sharing your opinion with us. We are happy that you especially enjoyed the award-winning Almablu spa, with its relaxing environments, and we are sorry to read your note about the access of children in the wellness area: the access to children under 16 is not allowed, and the reason is to permit our guests to enjoy a more relaxing and silent environment, and because we designed other places, such as the outdoor pool and the beach, more suitable for them and in which they can have fun. This rule is usually respected, and our staff checks that there are no people who disturb others, that is our priority. We are sorry for the inconvenience, we will take more attention.
