Dear Christina, Thank you for choosing Almar Jesolo Resort & Spa, and for taking the time to evaluate your stay. We regret that not all aspects of your holiday have been up to expectations, we will try to answer your comments. First of all, we regret that you have perceived our Resort expensive; being a five-star Resort, we are definitely in the upper mid-range, but we are fully in line with the price of local competitors and we offer a 5 star service working every day with more and more commitment to improve. Moreover, a structure like ours must also take into account the high costs, first of the people who work with us, and then of maintenance, consumption, etc. As for the price of dishes and drinks in our bars and in our restaurant, obviously the price is defined based not only on the price of high quality raw materials, but also by the 5-star service that accompanies our Guests during the Meal and finally by the care of the environment and every detail such as the arrangement of flowers, the refined decor and scents. As for the breakfast, it’s strange that in our buffet these foods were missing and this does not reflect the level of our service; our staff constantly works to promptly restock our buffet when a specific dish finishes. As for jams and spreads, we have jams in jars of strawberry, cherry, orange, apricot, black currant, raspberry, peach and then Nutella, Honey and Peanut Butter. As for salmon, we arrange rotating smoked fish: salmon, swordfish and herring. We are committed to not wasting food, but in any case all our staff is always available to try to make your every wish possible, so when you desire something, even if the buffet is not present, we invite our Guests to ask our staff, we will do everything possible to provide it to you promptly. Likewise, we are very happy that you noticed and were satisfied by the meticulous cleaning of your room, which is carried out twice a day, but we are sorry to have just learned that you found the room noisy; if we had known it, we would have made you try another accommodation, which surely would have been totally to your taste. Lastly, we are happy that you enjoyed our wellness offer and our award-winning Almablu spa, not to mention the beautiful swimming pool that distinguishes us, 70 meters long and heated to three temperatures.
