First and foremost, we are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience you encountered during your stay. We understand how important comfort and ease of access are, especially when travelling with children, and we regret that transportation options to the nearby town of Acharavi did not meet your expectations. While we do not currently offer a complimentary shuttle service, we appreciate your suggestion and will certainly take it into account as we review our future service offerings. Regarding your observations on the atmosphere, it is true that our hotel is especially popular among families, and we are proud to provide a welcoming environment for guests with young children. That said, we warmly welcome all types of travelers and strive to offer areas and moments of relaxation for everyone. We will continue to explore ways to balance the needs of all our guests more effectively. Concerning pool hygiene and safety, we would like to reassure you that the health and well-being of our guests is a top priority. We strictly exceed governmental requirements in this regard. Our pool water is tested and analyzed microbiologically on a weekly basis by accredited laboratories, and we perform in-house water checks four times daily. Furthermore, a large quantity of fresh water is added to the pool each day, and the water is fully filtered four to five times daily to maintain optimal quality. In rare cases where incidents occur—such as contamination—we are obliged to follow strict public health protocols, which may include temporarily restricting access to ensure the highest safety standards are upheld. While these moments may cause inconvenience, they are implemented solely with guest safety in mind. We are pleased to hear your kind words about our room service and the friendliness of our restaurant and bar teams. Your appreciation has already been shared with them. Lastly, we were happy to accommodate your request regarding the late check-out fee, especially under the circumstances, and we hope this small gesture provided some comfort during a challenging moment.
