Dear Stefan, first of all we want to thank you for your review. We work hard to improve our service. All the complaints made after the stay don’t allow us to remedy; anyway, we seriously take into consideration the rating given and we will try to satisfy all the needs in the best possible way. The Management is always present at the Resort to listen to our Guests and guarantee the full satisfaction during the stay. From summer season 2018, our Resort offers all our Guests a Continental buffet breakfast with great variety of sweet and savoury food. Some hot dishes cooked at the moment can be required choosing from the à-la-carte menu, according to the taste of the Guest. Lots of attention to food intolerances and particular diets is paid. Our kitchen team, on request, can also suggest a tailored menu. Cafeteria service is served at the table and respects exactly 5 stars hotels’ standards. “Sporting” Restaurant, in addition to a menu obviously improved, from this season will be also new in its look, offering a better experience for those who will taste at open air our à-la-carte menu with some Mediterranean and international dishes proposals. During the hot summer evenings, soft music will play in the background and in some occasions there will be live music. The Resort is set in a strategic position allowing to visit the nearby area. Each year we prepare a concierge guide with some suggestions on the places to visit, also offering an information desk inside the hotel for the excursions in collaboration with expert guides able to organize and manage excursions for single or groups. For those not owing a car in tow, we can offer our help for the car rental or organize excursions departing from the hotel. From this year, our Resort will also offer tours by bike, by Vespa, by motorcycle and trekking paths, in addition to different specific paths in orthodox and catholic places of worship. Fore summer, there are also planned some sport and cultural activities for all the family. To make our Guests informed regarding all our news and to make them receiving in advance our offers and tips about tours/excursions/events etc.., we propose to subscribe to our Newsletter or to follow us on FB or Instagram in order to plan your holidays in advance. For those not using this kind of communication, we can send by post our paper brochures. Places to be visited nearby are so many that cannot be added all to our brochure that, at the moment, displays only the places of interest far about 1h from the hotel. For this reason, we suggest our Guests to ask our Front office or our concierge to plan tailor made excursions. This kind of communication helps us too to better understand our Guests and we are always open to suggestions and feedback in order to improve our second edition brochure. We cannot intervene and guarantee that all the rural areas are managed in the most perfect way, but we guarantee that the locals love their region; unfortunately, manners are not the same to all the people as is happens to all other places. The Resort has a private Park of 8 acre suitable for doing every kind of sport at open air. There are both the jogging path outdoor and the gym corner indoor, open all day, with different machineries from Technogym line. For those who love doing class activities, we offer private classes of Yoga, Thai Chi Chuan and Calisthenics with on-the-job training instructor. During the season we also offer tango classes and painting classes depending on the level of the participants. In addition, not far from the Resort, diving, kitesurf and sail professional schools are easily reachable for daily classes dedicated to children and adults or for the hire of equipment.
