Dear valued guest, Thank you for taking time to write a review on Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa. Although it’s difficult to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, we appreciate from our heart for sharing your comments, so that we can improve moving forward. With reference to the lack of sunbeds kindly be informed that we are not allowed to our guests to block them, as from May we have addressed and reinforced a pool policy. This policy is offered for convenience to the guest and we apologize this was not your experience. Furthermore, we always suggest to our guests to swim to the crystal blue waters at our beach, where they can find plenty of sunbeds. We do offer a complimentary shuttle bus to the beach every 30minutes or upon request. Regarding the pricing we would like to note that our prices are competitive to other 5 star hotels in Greece in our food & beverage outlets. Furthermore, we do have a lot of options for our guests to choose and we are sorry to read that you have found our prices high. As per the music, we would like to note that we regret having to learn that it was loud and we assure you that we will look into that point. Your input is taken into serious consideration, as it is valuable to us. We truly hope that you will revisit the Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa again in the not distant future.
