Hatten Apartment gebucht, die Anlage besteht aus 3 Gebäudeteilen. Im Internet sind nur 2 abgebildet. In diesen beiden sind nur Studios. Die angebotenen Apartments sind im 3. Gebäude i 2. Stock zur Hauptstrasse hinaus. Darunter sind ein Restaurant (Geruch), ein Mopedverleih und ein Supermarkt . Vordach darüber geht bis zum Balkon im 2. Stock. Der Balkon und der Eingang (Glastüre südseitig - die Sonne heizt drauf) ist nicht mit Arkaden überdacht bzw. geschützt. Sehr heiss in den Apartments, Aufzahlung für Klimaanlage täglich € 10,--. Aufgrund des Lärms (+ Hitze) nachts war es unmöglich, eine Nacht ungestört durchzuschlafen. Die Apartments sind nicht abgebildet und entsprachen absolut nicht unseren Erwartungen - wir brachen aus diesen Gründen den Urlaub vorzeitig ab. Aufgrund der Hochsaison gab es keine Möglichkeit zu wechseln. Es ist sehr, sehr laut nachts, Sauberkeit relativ ok NICHTS für Familien mit Kindern, nur für Nachtvögel! wenn, dann nur Studios dort buchen!
Apartmentgröße ok, griechischer Standard, Küche minimalst ausgestattet, Klimaanlage nur gegen Gebühr € 10,-- pro Tag und nur aktivierbar, wenn man im Zimmer ist. Wasserkocher war verrostet Bad = Dusche mit WC - sehr griechisch klein. Balkon des Apartment zur lauten Hauptstrasse, nicht überdacht wie auf den Bildern im Internet.
Anlage Übernachtung only, in unmittelbarer Umgebung diverse Lokale- touristisch erschlossen.
zwar freundlich, aber uneinsichtig, dass die Beschreibung der Apartments im Internet irreführend ist. Betrifft nicht die Studios - die sind in den beiden hinteren Gebäudeteilen mit Blick auf brachliegende Felder & Meer. Besitzer sprechen fliessend Englisch,

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. All the features you are complaining about had been stated in the email we sent you before confirming the booking as well as our website. Apartments and studios are both featured with photos on our website and it is clearly stated where they are located. When you booked and requested a garden view, I contacted you and informed you there was only one apartment left overlooking the main road and you agreed to this and the booking was confirmed. Upon arrival you had forgotten our email exchange and I had to forward it to you to help your memory. I assume you have conveniently forgotten this fact again. The extra charge for air conditioning is also mentioned in our website as well as the website you booked through. In August, which is the month you visited Zakynthos, the temperature reaches 45 degrees Celsius and so it is easy to assume you will be needing air conditioning wherever the apartment may be situated. The kettle was replaced right when you informed us it had a defect. Because the apartments were fully booked, we could not move you to another room. We offered to help you find another accommodation but you decided Zakynthos was too hot and busy for you and proceeded to cut your holiday short and return home. We tried to meet your expectations and requests as we are committed to providing all our guests with the best service possible. I hope next time you will read your booking confirmation in more detail and avoid unpleasant situations for both you and the hotel owners.
