The most recent hygiene reports confirm that everything is within safe and approved limits. While no verified food-related issues have been recorded during your stay period, we understand that changes in climate, diet, or local ingredients can sometimes cause temporary stomach sensitivity — even when safety standards are met. We also regret the inconvenience you experienced in the restaurant. Our service staff are trained to promptly clear tables to maintain cleanliness and turnover, but we will remind them to be more attentive and avoid removing plates too quickly when guests briefly leave the table. Regarding your transfer time, it is managed by the respective travel agency, and unfortunately, we have no control over the route or duration; however, we are sorry for the long journey after your flight.
