Guests’ opinions are very important to improve quality and efficiency of our services. We’re sorry you weren’t satisfied with your stay, nevertheless we may be able to reply to some of your concerns. Our entertainment service provides games and shows for both children and adults. While children may join the miniclub, shows are available at our indoor theater. Our dining room is perfectly capable of hosting the amount of guests of the hotel and the service is always perfect, considering the numbers. It never misses anything during meals. The maître and the waiters manage the meals situation with experience and skills. Hoping to see you again at Blu Hotel Laconia Village or in one another of our over 30 properties all over Italy.
