Dieses Hotel würde ich eher auf einem 3 Sterne Niveau einordnen und es ist mir ein Rätsel wie es 5 Sterne haben kann. Der Ersteindruck vom Hotel war super und die Lage ist sehr schön. Alles weitere war meist leider nicht gut! "Superior Zimmer" auf 2-3 Sterne Niveau!
Das Zimmer war total heruntergekommen. Die Einrichtung war alt und abgenutzt. Die Aussicht war überhaupt nicht schön. Danach konnten wir das Zimmer wechseln und hatten eine traumhafte Aussicht,leider war der Rest noch schlimmer als im Zimmer davor!
Das Essen war gut,aber nicht annähernd auf 5 Sterne Niveau
Service an der Rezeption eine Katastrophe! Mangelnde Englischkenntnisse beim ganzen Personal,wodurch es oft zu Missverständnissen kam. Das Personal selbst war ansonsten sehe nett und bemüht.
