Dear Guest, we are sorry you did not like the hotel. You mention no curtains, however all rooms have either curtains or blinds depending on the window style if a room has blinds then it will not have curtains as well. The breakfast is as advertised when a person books , a complimentary English Breakfast and as such it stays the same every day or it would not be an English Breakfast. It consist of Bacon, Eggs , Sausages, Beans ( vegetarian and gluten free options available) which is cooked to order and served to you at the table, guest then help themselves to Tea, Coffee, Orange Juice, Peppermint Tea , Hot Chocolate and Cereal. All supplied by a well known and respected catering supplier. For a budget hotel I would say the breakfast is sufficient and I am often surprised that people are unhappy that the breakfast they knew was included when booking is served and not something else.
