California Beach Hotel - Adults Only

Dear Guest, Im truly sorry to hear that you had a terrible time at my family's hotel. Too be honest with you, we have had rough times over the past year and we did have abit of a struggle. In the past years some parts of the hotel have gone up and other parts unfortunately went down. You are right about the breakfast 100% and we will be changing it for next year. Your feedback will not be overlooked! About the air conditioning, in all contracts with tour operators the air conditioning is unfortunately extra charge. About the ants, I've had a couple of cases where guests have left fruit out on the balcony or in the room on the ground floor which attract ants from the garden. I wish you had come to me our to any of the staff of the hotel, im more than sure we would have found a solution. I appreciate your true feedback, this will help us to make this hotel better in the next years to come
