We are very pleased to know that you particularly enjoyed our heated panoramic pool, one of the most loved spots by our guests. We are sorry to hear about the issue with insects. We work daily to maintain an environment that is as comfortable as possible. At the same time, we strongly follow an eco-sustainable policy, which means we avoid the excessive use of pesticides or potentially harmful chemicals, opting instead for more natural alternatives. These occurrences are usually temporary and last only a few days (2–3 at most). We trust in the understanding of our guests and in the attentiveness of our team, who are always available to listen and respond promptly.
