Aus DeutschlandVolle 10 Punkte für Essen, Service Personal. Jeder Mitarbeiter - egal in welchem Bereich - absolut gepflegtes Äußeres, fleißig, höflich und immer ein Lächeln parat. Wir fühlten uns auf das angenehmste voll umsorgt. Alle wichtigen Dinge für einen erholsamen Urlaub waren top! Wenn ich natürlich so unwesentliche Dinge wie keine gerade gezogene Fuge beanstanden würde, dann .....? Natürlich muss das Hotel noch einige Dinge erneuern, gewisse Bereiche auffrischen - das machen die schon. Wir waren auch total überrascht, dass wir nicht bereits um 06.00 Uhr morgens mit Handtüchern Liegen besetzten mussten. Selbst nach dem Frühstück um 11.00 Uhr waren immer Liegen mit Schirm verfügbar. Noch überraschender war es, nicht mit anderen 500 Touristen am Buffett anzustehen - wir konnten jederzeit und immer überall ran. Hier muss besonderes das Team der Küche und ihr Küchenchef herausgehoben werden. Einfach nur Wahnsinn!!! Zum Abschluss unseres Urlaubes führte ich noch ein Gespräch mit dem Manager, bei dem ich ihn stellvertretend für sein Hotel lobte. Mein Hinweis auf fehlende Mülltonnen am Pool wurden von ihm gerne aufgenommen und sofort abgestellt. So muss es sein, wir kommen wieder!
