Wir wurden in unserem Bungalow in einer Nacht 2x überfallen. Unsere Eingangstür wurde von aussen verbarrikadiert. Bei dieser Aktion wurden unsere Badesachen (Bikini 119 € + Badehose 30€) gestohlen. Ich wollte danach den Hotelmanager sprechen. Ich habe von der Rezeption 4 Termine bekommen, wer jedoch nicht kam, war der Manager. Am 5. Tag sagte man uns an der Rezeption, der Fall gehe dem Hotel nichts an. Das Wohl der Gäste ist dem Hotelmanager scheinbar völlig egal. Ein solches Hotel brauchen wir nicht noch einmal !

As soon as you brought this to the attention of our reception staff, The duty manager acted promptly to address the issue, and we're glad our Front Office Manager was able to clarify the situation with your travel agent and other party’s TA on the following morning and calm it down tension of the parties. We understand you also lost some swimwear. We were not in a position to compensate for items lost outside the room, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and did everything possible to locate it with the limited information available to us. We take guest safety and security very seriously. We will be reviewing our procedures to ensure this type of incident doesn't happen again. Once again, we are deeply sorry for the disruption to your stay. We hope you'll give us another chance to provide you with a more peaceful and enjoyable experience in the future.
