Die Info während des urlaub vom TUI Ansprechpartner im hotel war.gleich null er war weder. persönlich noch telefonisch zu.erreichen.zum Glück konnte. der einzige Hotelmitarbeiter an der Bar namens Gerald deutsch s sprechen und er hat uns sehr geholfen unsere Abholzeit.ausfindig.zu .Machen.wir sind sehr enttäuscht 😞 vom TUI Service am Urlaubsort
