Zimmer sauber, leider unregelmäßiger Zimmerservice. Auch Wasser musste man aus der Minibar teuer kaufen - in anderen Hotels ist zumindest das Wasser täglich inklusive.
Einfach nur unterirdisch schlecht. Von Buffet darf man natürlich nicht allzu viel erwarten, aber was hier gebiten wurde grenzte an Frechheit. An den Poolbars und Bars viele Getränke nicht erhältlich. Man kam sich regelrecht unerwünscht und lästig vor, wenn man etwas bestellen wollte.
Zimmer war beim Check-in nicht fertig, obwohl wir deutlich nach 16 Uhr angekommen sind. Unfreundliches Personal. Spa-Personal kommt täglich an den Pool und will überteuerte Behandlungen verkaufen.
Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel ca. 1 Stunde. Zum nächsten Dorf fährt man mit dem Taxi für Euro 7,00 pro Fahrt. Hoteleigener Strand über Brücke und Aufzug sehr komfortable erreichbar.
