Es gibt viel Personal im Eingamgsbereich, die einem bei allem möglichen helfen. Auch im Restaurant Sehr freundliches Personal
Ca 20 Min. Vom Flughafen entfernt. Man hört die Flugzeuge aber nicht. Sehr nah am Bahnhof und Metro Station. In ca. 15 min in der Altstadt per Metro. Shuttleservice vom Hotel in die Innenstadt vorhanden. Direkt neben dem Zoo, Vergünstigungen im Hotel vorhanden.

Es gibt ein Gym, das ganz gut ausgestattet ist und einen Indoorpool mit Möglichkeit auf der Terrasse zu liegen. Die Umrandung des Schwimmbeckens ist aus Holz, leider marsch und verformt. Ansonsten gute Möglichkeit , auch für die Kinder, dich abzukühlen. Wassertemperatur ist optimal.
