Nach anfänglichen groben Schwierigkeiten ist es doch noch ein schöner Urlaub geworden. Beim Einchecken wurde mir ein Zimmer mir defekter Klimaanlage zugewiesen, die Reklamation ergab dann ein noch schlimmeres Zummer. Erst am nächsten Tag nach einem Gespräch mit dem Generalmanager war alles bestens.
