Das Dreams Royal Beach liegt ca. 30 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, an einem herrlichen Sandstrand und überzeugt durch Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit und Effizienz (was für die Dominikanische Republik eigentlich unüblich ist).

Unser Wasserkocher war defekt und als ich dies beim Concierge beanstandet habe, war binnen einer Stunde ein neuer gebracht worden. Ich habe noch nie zuvor in Punta Cana erlebt, dass ein Anliegen so (verhältnismäßig) schnell bearbeitet wurde.

Die Animation ist recht unaufdringlich und besonders die Damen vom Explorer Club (Kinderclub) empfand ich als wahnsinnig liebevoll und begeistert. Die Shows und abendlichen Aktivitäten, wie Silent Disco, fanden wir super.

Dear Juliane, Thank you very much for your comments and for allowing us the honor of being a part of your vacation! It's great to know that the room was clean and well decorated, and most importantly, that there was no musty smell. It's unfortunate that there was a bad experience at the Interlud Bar, but it's comforting to know that she was the exception and that the vast majority of the staff was very friendly and prompt. It's wonderful to know that Euclide was the best waiter and worker, and that Mandy, Candy, and Eliza excelled in the kids club/children's entertainment. It's also excellent to know that Drislin in the children's cafeteria in the lobby and all the concierges (especially Raquel Torres) were very friendly and efficient. It's great that the food was tasty and varied, and that the entertainment was low-key but satisfying, and that the Explorer Club ladies were very loving and enthusiastic.
