The hotel has strict non-smoking policy in place, with only one dedicated smoking floor, specifically assigned outdoor smoking areas and in-room signage indicating the rooms are non-smoking. Unfortunately, some guests for various reasons do not comply. Any complaints about smoking on non-smoking floors are immediately dealt with.
