Waren nach 9 Jahren mal wieder auf den Malediven. Ambiente und Freundlichkeit des Hotelpersonals unverändert einmalig. Die Unterwasserwelt hat uns etwas enttäuscht, war damals unvergleichlich besser. Vor allem die Korallenbänke waren noch bunt und abwechslungsreich, jetzt, hier am Hausriff (machten keine Ausflüge) weitgehend abgestorben, nur teilweise neu heranwachsend.

Thank you for sharing you concerns over the coral bleaching.it was due to 2017 el nino in Maldives. But the good news is now the corals are growing and as you mentioned still there are many colorful fish in our house reef around the island. We hope in next few months the corals will be recover and we will have more colorful corals.
