Dear Juliane; Thank you for your review and for choosing our hotel. We were pleased to see that our rooms and the wellness area were to your liking. Nevertheless, I would like to express my sorrow, that your comfort was not perfect. Regarding the sulfuric outpouring, I must emphasise that sulfur is a key ingredient in our thermal water, which is the very same that you may find in the city's lake. This rare natural treasure must be kept in its original form to retain its healing properties; thus, we do not filter it in any form - our guests can enjoy it the way it comes from its natural spring. Of course, it has a characteristic odour, that occasionally can be felt throughout the venue but for preserving the healing traits of this water we needed to make this compromise.
