Nette Unterkunft, Personal sehr freundlich. Essen wird irgendwann eintönig, 80% der Gäste deutsche. Kein großer Strand, extrem viele Mücken und Krebse.

Dear Johann, Thank you for your review! We are glad to hear that you liked our accommodation and staff, who are very friendly and helpful. We appreciate your feedback and we will take it into account for future improvements. We are sorry to hear that you found our food monotonous at some point. We always try to offer a variety of dishes that suit different tastes and preferences, using fresh and local ingredients. However, we understand that some guests may prefer more diversity and options in their meals. We will work on improving our menu and catering to the needs of our guests. We are also sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our beach, which is not very big, but still beautiful and clean. We hope that you enjoyed the other facilities and activities that our hotel offers, such as the pool, the spa, the gym, and the water sports. We also hope that you had a chance to explore the nearby attractions, such as the coral reef, the Addu Nature Park, and the local life. We apologize for any inconvenience or discomfort that you may have experienced because of the mosquitoes and crabs. We would like to inform you that we do spray for mosquitoes regularly, as part of our pest control measures. However, we understand that mosquitoes can still be a nuisance, especially in the rainy season, when they are more active and abundant. As for the crabs, they are harmless and friendly creatures that live in the sand and the water. They are part of the natural ecosystem of our island, and they help to keep the beach clean and healthy. They are also very cute and fun to watch, as they scuttle around and dig their holes. However, we understand that some guests may not like them or may be afraid of them. We advise our guests to be careful when walking on the beach or swimming in the water, and to avoid stepping on or touching the crabs. Thank you again for choosing our resort for your vacation. We hope to see you again soon and make your next stay even more enjoyable. Sincerely, Mohamed Waheed - Resort Manager
