nettes kleines Hotel, leider mit einigen mängeln, sehr abgelegen, wenig Aktivitäten, sehr zu bemängeln ist das essen
Zimmer zwar klein aber ausreichend, immer gut gereinigt, ein bißchen stören die grauen Handtücher und Laken, man sollte kein Problem mit Ameisen haben
Das Essen war das große Problem in diesem Hotel, beim Buffett fand man immer noch mal etwas Eßbares, obwohl es mir wichtig wäre etwas einheimisches zu essen, Pizza und Nudeln gibt es auch zu Hause. Ganz schlimm waren die Tage an denen es Ala-Card-Essen gab, das war ungenießbar. trotzdem war das Personal immer sehr bemüht.
Das Personal war stets nett und hilfbereit, wünsche und Beschwerden wurden ernst genommen, viele waren immer freundlich
Fahrt vom Flughafen eine Stunde, leider sehr abgelegen , man benötigt immer ein Taxi, Strand sehr schön

Unterhaltung war fast nicht vorhanden. 2-3 mal die Woche Abends eine Tanzveranstaltung ansonsten Nichts. Die im Katalog angekündigten Aktivitäten (Tretboote, Kajaks, Glasbodenboot) waren nicht vorhanden. Pool sehr klein, Strand aber sehr schön und immer Liegen vorhanden

Dear Gertrud, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay at our hotel. It is always disappointing to learn that one of our guests is not fully satisfied with their experience and I do wish we could have done more. Had we been advised of your disappointment while you were with us, we would have seized every opportunity to turn your experience around. I feel sorry that you did not enjoy our meals. We do try to offer a variety of menus to meet the expectations of guests from all over the world, including 5 different weekly buffets (including Italian, Asian, Chef, international and Mascarene buffets) and two ‘table d’hôte’ set menus on Tuesday and Thursday. I understand however that it was maybe not to your taste and preferences. We would have gladly tailor-made a special meal for you, as we often do, had we known that you were not enjoying what was on display. We have also taken good note of your constructive comments on the entertainment.
