Wir waren von Januar bis Februar im Goldi Sands Hotel und können es von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Da meine Mutter aus Sri Lanka kommt, reisen wir regelmäßig dorthin und dieses Hotel gehört mittlerweile fest dazu. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Chef des Hotels. Er ist unglaublich zuvorkommend, unterstützt bei allem und ist dabei immer freundlich und herzlich. Trotz seiner Position ist er überhaupt nicht abgehoben, sondern sehr menschlich und nahbar das schätzen wir sehr. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön geht auch a die liebe Sandu. Wir kennen sie schon seit vielen Jahren, seit wir in dieses Hotel kommen. Sie ist immer hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und unterstützt einen in jeder Situation. Es ist einfach schön, bekannte Gesichter zu sehen, die sich so herzlich um einen kümmern. Das gesamte Team sorgt dafür, dass man sich willkommen und wohlfühlt. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen es jedem, der nach Sri Lanka reist.

Unser Hotelzimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass es täglich gereinigt wird, wenn man das möchte das sorgt einfach für ein angenehmes Gefühl während des Aufenthalts.Ein kleiner negativer Punkt war dieses Mal der Klodeckel in unserem Zimmer, da er schon sehr alt und etwas vergilbt war. Ansonsten gibt es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
