Das Hotel, als weit sichtbarer Pyramiden-Glaskasten sichtbar, liegt auf gleicher Höhe wie das Holiday Inn direkt gegenüber am Cruiseport und der alten Stadtmauer. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend gross mit Minibalkon und geräumigem Bad mit Wanne und es war sauber. Das kann allerdings nicht vom Bistro/Bar im EG gesagt werden. Dort klebt der gesamte Holzboden vor Dreck, ebenso wie die Tische. Krümel auf den Sitzen etc. Der Stadtkern sowie einige Pubs sind schnell und fussläufig erreichbar. Es gab keinen Shuttledienst zum Cruisport.
