Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück gibt's überall in besserer Qualität, Service Pool schlecht, Öffnungszeit ab 9 Uhr, Sauberkeit, kein Grandhotel, laut durch Verkehr und Baulärm

Dear Siegmund, Please allow me to express my sincerest apologies for the challenge you have encountered; I can assure you this does not meet our usual standards of service. May I ask you if you will inform anyone at the front desk about this during your stay?
