Dear Sven, Thank you very much for choosing Corinthia Prague for your stay. Please allow me to thank you for taking the time to let me have your feedback. I am disheartened at your review and I sincerely apologise for the shortcomings which you have highlighted. I have personally investigated what happened and found out you had two reservations booked via different booking channels with different conditions. The second reservation was made without breakfast. In this case it is of course possible to add the breakfast at the check-in, however, charges applies. I am sorry to learn that my colleague from the reception promised to get back to you and this was not done. I can assure you that our Front of House Manager have been informed and corrective steps will be taken. With regard to the parking please note that it is automatically charged for the entire stay unless we are informed by the guest otherwise. I can assure you that the extra charges for the parking were just misunderstanding. However, I apologize for the inconvenience. I hope to have the opportunity to restore your faith in Corinthia Prague and to welcome you back in the future to demonstrate the standards of service Corinthia is known for.
