Die Lage in Bowness ist ideal für Ausflüge im Lake District. Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung ist angenehm gross. Leider sind die Möbel und der Teppich schon sehr abgenutzt und schmutzig. Hier ist dringender Handlungsbedarf! Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich, sprechen aber kein Deutsch, was nicht dem erwarteten Hapimag Standard entspricht.

Thank you for taking the time to review Hapimag Bowness. We only have one member of staff that speaks German as the majority of visitors to our resort are English plus it is quite difficult to find German speaking staff in our location. We are looking at the refurbishment of our apartments at the moment so hopefully when you come back this may be rectified. I hope that we welcome you back to our lovely location soon.
