In die Jahre gekommen und verlottert. Keine Hygiene, Kaffeemaschinen, Buffet, Bartresen um 7 Uhr morgens immer noch schmutzig von den Vortagen. Am Grill und Herdplatten hingen immer verbrannte Reste, es wird nicht geputzt.
Der Geruch im Bad war eher unangenehm. Wenn die Klimaanlage lief roch es nach Pipi, es hatten sich Mäuse eingenistet, die alles verpieselt und verkottet hatten.
Im Restaurant herrscht bei den Servicekräften Unruhe, das Personal ist ungeschult.
An der Bar und im Restaurant waren die Servicekräfte eher lustlos. Musik sehr laut und jeden Tag war das gleiche zu hören, am Pool und Strand waren kaputte Liegen und ungepflegten Liegematten,
Der Strand ist voller Zigarettenstummel. Das Hotel hätte großes Potenzial, der Strand wäre wunderschön, aber wenn man nichts Pflegt..

Dear Sir, Following your last comments, we have to answer all the mentioned points : - Although our Hotel was built in 1987, our General Management allocated a susbstantial budget during all the past years and still does in order to make all the needed renovations and refurbishings for the good exploitation of our Unity. - Concerning Hygiene and safety in our Hotel, we have to inform you that we do have an hygienist on the spot who is following step by step all the hygienic procedures through all our Hotel Departments. In addition, we have a signed contract with the international firm CRISTAL which is specialized in controling the General Hygiene in industrial and touristic units. We emphasize on the fact that we had already received from CRISTAL all the necessary and needed certificates (Food Check + Room Check + Pool Check + Aqua Check + Fire Check + Security Check). Recently, the Tunisian National Office of Tourism had made an unannounced inspection of our Hotel without any negative report. - We have a cleaning staff that is daily taking care of the cleaning of the beach and the sun loungers available on it. And we have also a signed contract with a private firm which is responsible for the cleaning of the beach too with programmed and planified passages. - During your stay from the 20th till the 27th of June, we daily had about 300 guests present in the Hotel and no one has claimed about luck of Hygiene in all the Hotel departments especially in the restaurant and the rooms.
