Das Hotel ist sehr nahe am Flughafen Sankt-Petersburg Pulkovo gelegen und es gibt eine kostenlose Shuttle-Busverbindung zum Flughafen und zur nächsten Metro Station in der Stadt. Ebenfalls gibt es für Gäste mit Excecutive Zimmer den Zugang zur Club-Lounge, der kostenloses Frühstück und einen Abendessen Snack verspricht. Alles sonstige ist im Hotel sehr teuer und profitorientiert auch die Zimmer sind für den Standart eines Crowne Plaza sehr klein. Bei Anreise sind zudem 250 RUB für ausländische Gäste zu zahlen, die nirgends vorher erwähnt wurden und für die Anmeldung gedacht sind, was sonst in Russland immer inklusive ist. Dennoch ist das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Zimmer sind normal ausgestattet aber für ein Crowne Plaza sehr klein und teilweise fast so groß wie in einem Holiday Inn Express (3 Sterne bei IHG), groß ausgefallen war aber das Bad, teilweise mit Dusche und Badewanne.
Das gastronomische Angebot ist viel zu überteuert aber vielfältig. Betrachtet man nur das Frühstück ist es für ein Crowne Plaza schlecht. Es gibt nur Weißbrot, 2 Sorten Käse und auch sonst nur einen leichten Continental Breakfast Standart. Die Bewertung rettet, das es für uns, dank des Executive Zimmers alles kostenlos war.
Das Personl ist freundlich, englisch-sprachig und kümmert sich um jeden Wunsch oder jedes Problem. Der größte Plus-Punkt an diesem Hotel,
Optimal für Stop-over am Flughafen Sankt-Petersburg, ca. 30 min. in die Stadt nach Petersburg mit dem Shuttle und der Metro. Nahe gelegen sind auch die Touristenorte Puschkin und Pavlovsk.
