Sehr hübsches Haus und gut für eine Städtetrip nach Siena gelegen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Haus hat 2 Etagen und das Restaurant/Frühstückszimmer befindet sich unterhalb des Erdgeschosses. Da es keinen Aufzug gibt, ist es für Personen mit schwerem Knieproblemen eventuell etwas mühselig.
Unser Zimmer war etwas klein und dunkel und zum Bad hin eine kleine Stufe.

Dear Mrs. Monica, Thank you to have left your feedback and your positive review about your stay at the Hotel Chiusarelli. We are really happy to know that you have loved the beautiful hotel and its atmosphere, with many paintings on the walls and beautiful antique furnitures, and the friendly and helpful staff. Also to mention that you have appreciated the very good location, at no more than 10 minutes walking distance from all the main tourists attractions, and at just 3 minutes from the bus terminal. As for the lack of an elevator, we have to point out that since the building is dated 1870, is notified to the beautiful arts, and the italian low don't give the permit for an installation of an elevator, but we are always happy if there are requests, and when possible, to assigne rooms on the ground floor.
