Dear Mr. Norbert,, Thank you for the excellent review of your stay at the Hotel Chiusarelli. We are really happy that you enjoyed your stay at the hotel, starting with the beauty of the hotel, its excellent location from which to reach all the main tourist attractions in just a few minutes, the room and bathroom with their comfort, the good breakfast and the friendly and helpful staff. As for the lack of a lift, advertised on all booking websites, this is due to the fact that as the hotel dates back to 1870, it is classified, and due to the many architectural constraints no authorization can be given for the installation of a lift.
