Hotel Albergo Chiusarelli

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback on your stay at the Hotel Chiusarelli. We are happy that the good location of the hotel made it easier to explore Siena and that you appreciated our restaurant and the friendly and helpful staff. As for the lack of a lift, advertised on all booking websites, this is due to the fact that as the hotel dates back to 1870, it is classified, and due to the many architectural constraints no authorization can be given for the installation of a lift.
