Das Hotel hat eine top Lage. Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Leider wird im Hotel überhaupt nicht darauf geachtet, dass trotz Maskenpflicht Gäste eine Maske trage. Auch das Reinigungspersonal trägt keine Maske. Es werden lediglich die Hände vor dem Betreten des Speisesaals desinfiziert und die Tische gereinigt. Im Fahrstuhl dürfen sich nur 2 Personen mit Maske aufhalten. Es fahren ständig 6-8 Personen ohne Maske dicht gedrängt im Fahrstuhl. Das Frühstück entspricht nicht dem 4 Sterne Standard in Deutschland. Ständig funktionierte die einzige Kaffeemaschine (für ca. 60 Personen!!!) nicht. Brot war har und trocken. Croissants gab es nur an 2 Tagen. Wenn wir nicht gleich um 8 Uhr frühstücken gingen, war der Speisesaal total überfüllt mit Gästen ohne Maske, dicht gedrängt am Kaffeeautomat. Wurst und Käse leider nicht sehr appetitlich. Marmelade wurde nur auf Anfrage nachgelegt. Verständigung leider nur auf Polnisch (mit Handy-Übersetzungsprogramm) möglich. Die Angestellten im Speisesaal sprachen kein Englisch oder Deutsch
Frühstück entspricht nicht 4 Sterne Hotel
An einem Tag sollte die Zimmerreinigung erst um 14 Uhr 30 erfolgen, genau dann, als wir uns kurz hingelegt hatten.

The safety of our guests is our priority. We put attention if all guests in the public area have masks and hand disinfection is ongoing. We agree that the products served at breakfast should be fresh, delicious and healthy. We think it's a matter of taste and flavor and It is impossible to evaluate personal impressions. In accordance with the standards of this class of hotel we do speak English and some of the staff speak Deutsch and we develop our language skills to be best in communication with guests.
