Das Best Western Hotel Bristol ist ein älteres Hotel mit Renovierungsbedarf in allen Bereichen. Aber man gibt sich hier Mühe das die Gäste sich wohl fühlen. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich, der Service gut. Die Zimmer, zwar alt, aber sauber. Der Speisesaal und die Bar, originell und old english. Die Lage ist sehr schön, direkt an den Klippen, auch sehr schön zum spazieren gehen.

Thank you for your comments. The hotel is currently working through a refurbishment programme which has seen many first-floor sea-view room receive bathroom upgrades. We have recently upgraded our Cocktail Bar, Middle Lounge and Well Area. It is lovely to read you felt we made an effort to ensure our guests are comfortable and that you found the team friendly and service was good. We do have a rather splendid location with the beach just across the road from the hotel. We hope to see you again soon.
