Zimmer teilweise in die Jahre gekommen… Zimmerservice geht so… Minibar seit 6 Tagen kein Bier aufgefüllt!
Auswahl an Essen sehr groß, Essen teilweise kalt, lange Wartezeit auf Getränke beim Abendessen. Themenrestaurants kann man sich einige sparen…

Ausflüge Angebot gut, aber sehr teuer. Animation spitze, Jungs immer gut drauf und haben Spaß an ihrer Arbeit! Special Joelvi (Caramelo) der deutsch Fliesend kann, ist immer gut drauf und auch animiert. Auch seine Kollegen sind sehr nett, Coca Cola, Chocolate, Barbie, Hot Coffe und auch noch Coco Loco.
