About the hydromassage, I would like to inform you that it is a small beauty center where you can do some beauty treatments that have always to be reserved in advance, it is not a spa, unfortunately, we are making some structural works so it was not accessible during your stay. We apologize for that. We apologize for any negative interaction you had with the staff, we strive to provide friendly and welcoming service, and we regret that this was not the case during your visit. Can you give us more information about it? Regarding the swimming pool, we would like to clarify that it is a seasonal outdoor swimming pool usually open from June to September and this is specified also on the web pages. However, we opened the pool today. It would be great if you could visit us again in the summer season!
